Experience
Mr. Sacco has extensive and varied experience in the practice of tort law for the past 28 years handling cases involving medical malpractice, serious automobile accidents, engineers and architects malpractice, products liability and general negligence. He has tried in excess of 100 jury and non jury cases. He is a former managing partner of a major Manhattan defense litigation firm. The cases he has handled have had exposure in excess of $5,000,000. He is currently the trial counsel to the firm and handles matters in the counties of the City of New York. He has been approved as trial counsel for insurance carriers and self-insureds including USF&G, Travelers Insurance Company, Continental Insurance Company, Crum & Foster, Atlantic Mutual, Medical Liability, Medical Malpractice Insurance Association, Claims Service Bureau, the Hertz Corporation and the New Jersey Full Insurance Underwriting Associations/Market Transition Facility. He is often requested to try cases for other attorneys.
